Traditional Cuisine does not compromise: it requires the best ingredients, respects cooking times and follows step by step every recipe.
This is why our working system depends completely on the expert eye of our operators, men and women who are well trained and whose work could never be done mechanically: Italy Chef only hires skilled, professional cooks.
We pay great attention to the environment, trying not to waste raw materials, to re-use packaging and to avoid polluting the atmosphere; in fact, we only use recyclable plastics and cardboard boxes and just send out steam, since we are well aware that our children's tomorrow also depends on the choices that we make today.
But the value of tradition is also expressed through passion, through the attention we pay in the production of the fresh Pasta; “High quality standards”: this is Italy Chef's only head-line.
That is why our “Pasta Fresca” has become the main feature of our first-course dishes. All of Italy Chef's Fresh Egg Pastas are bronze-die extruded; this technique, typical of small artisanal pasta-makers, requires slow manufacturing-times, but guarantees excellent results in terms of roughness of the “pasta”. Thus, you will be able to offer to your customers a “Primo Piatto” with a perfect balance of pasta and sauce, with a “home made”, traditional taste.
