MICROWAVE: Do not pierce or remove the protective film, but place the dish in the microwave as it is. Heat it up for 2 minutes (chilled meal) or 5 minutes (frozen) at 800; it is ready when the bottom of the plate is hot. Shake the dish to help the sauce mix with the pasta, then cut the edge of the protective film with a knife and serve it on a plate, or eat it out of the plastic dish. To add flavour, put some Parmesan cheese or a tea spoon of extra-virgin olive oil on top.
